What you will do

• Partner with business leaders in Marketing, Sales, and Finance to identify high-volume workflows for AI automation.
• Design and build production-ready AI agents using low-code/no-code platforms such as n8n and Claude.
• Conduct discovery sessions to map current-state workflows and document pain points.
• Manage the full delivery lifecycle, including prototyping, user testing, iteration, and final handoff.
• Maintain a prioritized backlog of automation opportunities based on business impact and effort.
• Lead an internal AI Agents enablement program through workshops, templates, and coaching.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, or technical enablement.
• Hands-on experience building automated workflows or AI agents with n8n, Make, LangChain, or Claude.
• Proficiency in prompt engineering to generate reliable, structured outputs from LLMs.
• Ability to translate non-technical business findings into actionable technical specifications.
• Fluent English (C1) for clear written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong bias for shipping working prototypes over perfect design documents.

Nice to have

• SQL or Python skills for data extraction and scripting.
• Experience with enterprise tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, Slack, Google Workspace, or Netsuite.
• Professional background in supply chain, freight, or logistics operations.
• Background in software engineering.
