What you will do

• Design and maintain scalable ML, AI, and data-platform services for production features.
• Operate production LLM applications including chat memory, retrieval, and prompt management.
• Build structured evaluation pipelines with golden datasets and regression checks.
• Own AI/ML observability and monitoring using tools like Langfuse or MLflow.
• Integrate LLM-agnostic backends via Bedrock and Vertex and implement custom ML for PDF parsing.
• Collaborate with product teams to ensure high-quality, fast-paced delivery.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering background in building cloud-native SaaS in production.
• Hands-on experience operating LLMs/AI systems in production (prompting, evaluation, observability).
• Fluency in AI-native workflows and daily use of AI coding tools.
• Proficiency in Python and general backend development.
• Experience with data pipelines on GCP or AWS.
• Strong written and spoken English; ability to work US hours.

Nice to have

• Experience with GCP specifically for platform migration.
• Knowledge of eval frameworks and cost-tracking tooling.
• Background in Fintech, Legaltech, or document-heavy domains.
• Experience in model training or fine-tuning.
