What you will do

• Develop and maintain performant application stacks in an agile environment.
• Collaborate with product and design teams to shape application features.
• Direct key technical decisions regarding application and data model design.
• Deliver high-quality, test-driven code that supports business objectives.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability and availability.
• Lead team members in making critical technical decisions.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment with Ruby on Rails or similar languages.
• Must reside in the U.S.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Strong understanding of data structures, TDD, and software design patterns.
• Ability to lead technical decision-making processes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS).
• Exposure to healthcare technologies like FHIR or HL7.
