Location: Fully remote
Compensation: £95,000–£115,000 GBP

What you will do
- Own the product strategy and roadmap for the Safety Back-Office product area.
- Partner with Trust & Safety, Fraud, Customer Support, and Engineering to prioritize high-impact safety initiatives.
- Translate complex operational challenges into clear product requirements and delivery plans.
- Define and track metrics for member trust, safety outcomes, and operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional execution from problem definition through launch and iteration.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading complex product initiatives in ambiguous, cross-functional environments.
- Strong ability to turn operational data and user signals into clear product priorities.
- Experience collaborating with diverse disciplines including engineering, design, data, and compliance.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical or safety topics for various stakeholders.
Nice to have
- Experience in Trust & Safety, fraud prevention, or moderation tooling.
- Background in building internal platforms or operational systems.
- Experience working on products where risk reduction and privacy were central to success.
