What you will do

• Establish and govern scalable GEO, AEO, and SEO content workflows to streamline intake and publishing.
• Automate stakeholder communication systems to improve operational efficiency and transparency.
• Coordinate with agency and technology partners to update and optimize SEO playbooks.
• Liaise across internal and external partners to align on requirements and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Production and IT teams to ensure accurate and efficient content deployment across platforms.
• Track workflow performance metrics and lead recurring process analysis to refine speed and experience.

Requirements

• Experience: 4+ years of professional work experience, preferably in online retail, Ecommerce, or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environments.
• Expertise in Answer Engine Optimization (AEO), Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and both content and technical SEO.
• Experience managing digital shelves and e-merchandising tactics and standards.
• Ability to leverage complex data sets to drive product health insights and structured reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
