What you will do

• Perform commissioning of mechanical systems including chilled water, air distribution, and building controls.
• Develop and execute pre-functional, functional, and integrated systems commissioning scripts.
• Conduct design and submittal reviews to ensure compliance with contract documents.
• Track and report commissioning issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead small to moderately sized commissioning projects and provide project management support.
• Maintain strong client relationships and ensure project schedules are met.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (BSME/BSEE) or equivalent technical training with relevant experience.
• Experience with at least 5 commissioning projects covering design, construction, and acceptance phases.
• Thorough understanding of building mechanical systems, sequence of operations, and contract documents.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ASHRAE commissioning standards and professional certification.
• LEED Accredited Professional status.
• Background in operation and maintenance of mechanical equipment.
