What you will do

• Own end-to-end design across multiple product areas from concept through delivery.
• Translate complex product and technical challenges into intuitive, high-quality user experiences.
• Balance speed, experimentation, and craft across fast-moving initiatives.
• Design for engagement, retention, monetisation, and conversion at scale.
• Create and iterate on visual content (image + video) to support product exploration and in-product/marketing & growth surfaces.
• Contribute original product ideas and interaction patterns through proactive exploration and experimentation.

Requirements

• Strong experience designing high-quality consumer digital products.
• Excellent product thinking and interaction design.
• Strong technical fluency and comfort working with AI tools, including using AI image/video generation tools as part of the design process.
• Strong prototyping skills with the ability to choose the right approach and fidelity (design tools vs. code-based prototypes).
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills; able to communicate and defend design reasoning clearly.
• Comfort working independently in ambiguous, fast-moving environments with high ownership and decision-making ability.
