What you will do
- Lead the end-to-end design process from concept to developer-ready handoff for client projects and the company brand.
- Extend and customize existing component systems (Chakra UI) to maintain consistency and minimize engineering rework.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI in Figma based on competitive analysis and usability testing.
- Optimize information architecture and layouts for data-dense internal and enterprise tools.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate complex requirements into usable, shippable designs.
- Integrate AI tools into the design workflow to increase speed and enhance the team's design culture.
Requirements
- 5+ years of UI/UX design experience with a portfolio focusing on B2B, enterprise apps, or data-dense dashboards.
- Proven experience designing within established component libraries (Chakra UI, MUI, Ant Design, or similar).
- Proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, team libraries, and component properties.
- Strong understanding of Google Material and Apple Design Guidelines.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required for remote collaboration.
- Experience designing for AI-driven web and mobile applications.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with React or front-end fundamentals.
- Experience shipping internal tools or enterprise software.
- Proven track record designing complex, data-intensive platforms.
