What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end development and implementation process for products and services.
- Serve as the primary liaison between project management, planning, and cross-functional teams.
- Monitor project status, budgets, and schedules while preparing detailed reports.
- Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity and quality goals.
- Oversee operational aspects of ongoing projects and implement intervention strategies.
- Lead and mentor a team of professionals, ensuring alignment with departmental and strategic goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Experience in a regulated industry (Medical, Pharmaceutical, Defense, or Aerospace).
- Proficiency in MS Project, MS Office, and Excel.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions.
- Must possess unrestricted U.S. work authorization at the time of hire.
