Location: Must be based in Westerville, OH, United States. This is an office-based role with no sponsorship provided.

What you will do

  • Analyze sales performance, pipeline health, and revenue trends to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical models to track key business metrics.
  • Conduct market intelligence and competitive analysis to monitor industry trends and customer demand.
  • Translate internal and market data into strategic insights for go-to-market and pricing strategies.
  • Support strategic planning, including annual planning and quarterly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Finance to ensure data consistency and alignment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in market research, sales analytics, or business intelligence.
  • Proficiency with Power BI and advanced Excel skills.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • MBA or advanced degree.
  • Experience in technology, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries.
  • Familiarity with partner incentive structures and sales enablement programs.
