Location: Hybrid (New York, NY) - must be based in New York and contribute from the office a minimum of three days per week

Salary: $70,000 - $90,000

What you will do

• Collaborate with the Data Insights department to support custom research and ongoing audience research needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of primary research studies, including design, survey writing, fielding, and analysis.
• Administer a complex, portfolio-wide brand tracking study in partnership with external vendors.
• Synthesize information from multiple data sets and secondary research to identify brand and audience trends.
• Develop story-driven, executive-friendly presentations to guide marketing, programming, and product strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in primary research, preferably within the media or entertainment industry.
• Strong quantitative analysis skills with the ability to identify deep insights beyond surface-level data.
• Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to learn and use research tools such as Qualtrics, MRI, YouGov, or DisplayR.
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, marketing, psychology, or social sciences.

Nice to have

• Proficiency with SPSS, R, or Python for statistical analysis.
• Experience supporting ongoing brand tracking programs.
• Comfort using AI-assisted methodologies and resources to execute research.
