What you will do

• Analyze and decide on technical issues regarding product testing and laboratory services.
• Develop project schedules, implement test plans, and monitor outcomes.
• Provide technical instruction to test engineers on test execution.
• Analyze test results and compile comprehensive technical reports.
• Communicate with clients regarding test results, technical issues, and project status.
• Support market segment personnel with workload calculations and promotion of testing services.

Requirements

• Professional expertise in reliability testing standards, including GB/T, ISO, VW, GMW, and USCAR.
• Knowledge of automotive products such as lighting, ECU controllers, intelligent cockpits, and wiring harnesses.
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Vehicle, or Automation Engineering.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Shanghai-Jiading, China.
• Good oral and written English proficiency.
• Proven project management skills, preferably with 1+ year of experience in laboratory management.
