What you will do

  • Lead and mentor the Sales Admin team (including senior and junior administrators), coordinating day-to-day work and supporting individual development.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining accurate customer, sales order, and system data; oversee order processing, tracking, reporting, and customer queries.
  • Act as the key escalation point for complex retailer and customer issues, coordinating with other departments to resolve sensitive cases.
  • Drive continuous improvement of administrative processes and customer service delivery, including automation opportunities and use of AI tools.
  • Coordinate with Marketing for promotional materials distribution and support sample/event stock ordering and event order processing.
  • Compile sales data and reports, including Excel-based data manipulation for retailers and internal reporting; coordinate with couriers/distribution teams for delivery and POD queries.

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build rapport and trust.
  • Confident verbal and written communicator; able to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and work under pressure.
  • Strong team player who can also work independently; resilient and determined.
  • Intermediate Excel skills.
  • Ability to maintain high data quality standards for customer records, orders, and marketing lists.
  • Experience in sales support is required.
