Location: London, UK. Must be based in the office to provide on-the-ground support

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end resolution of internal support tickets for Salesforce, CPQ, billing operations, and activations.
  • Identify recurring issues and surface root causes to drive meaningful fixes and reduce ticket volume.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Finance, and R&D to resolve technical and procedural issues.
  • Develop and maintain internal knowledge base articles and process documentation.
  • Support ticket deflection initiatives through self-service tooling and enablement content.
  • Maintain high CSAT scores and adhere to SLA targets.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical support, revenue operations, or business systems roles.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and familiarity with CPQ or billing systems.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS sales cycles and internal go-to-market operations.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and root cause analysis.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Salesforce administration experience.
  • Familiarity with CPQ tools (e.g., DealHub) or ERP/billing systems.
  • Experience supporting Channel or Partner organizations.
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech environment.
