What you will do

• Lead global payroll operations across all countries and entities to ensure timely and compliant processing.
• Manage, coach, and develop a global team of payroll professionals across multiple regions.
• Establish scalable payroll governance, controls, policies, and operating procedures for a growing workforce.
• Manage relationships with global payroll providers, EOR partners, tax advisors, and other vendors.
• Partner with People Operations, Finance, and Legal to ensure accurate employee data flow and regulatory compliance.
• Drive payroll technology strategy and optimization, focusing on Workday and global payroll platforms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive payroll leadership experience, including multinational operations.
• Demonstrated experience leading global payroll teams across multiple countries and regions.
• Strong understanding of payroll taxes, financial controls, and payroll compliance.
• Proven ability to build scalable processes during periods of growth and system transformation.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have

• Experience with Workday and global payroll platforms such as iiPay or P&I Loga.
• Experience supporting publicly traded companies and processing equity compensation (RSUs, stock options).
• Familiarity with SOX controls and public company reporting requirements.
• Experience leading payroll transformations and integration projects.
