What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, leave management, and offboarding.
• Ensure legal and operational compliance with Spanish and Portuguese labor regulations.
• Coordinate payroll inputs with external vendors and manage corporate benefits administration.
• Maintain HRIS (Workday) data integrity and generate analytics for decision-making.
• Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding labor relations and policies.
• Collaborate on regional and global HR initiatives, including system upgrades and policy harmonization.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in HR Operations.
• Strong expertise in Spanish and Portuguese labor regulations and legal frameworks.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced level of English.
• Proficiency in HRIS (Workday), Gdrive, and Notion.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to process optimization.

Nice to have

• Good level of Portuguese.
• Previous international HR experience.
