What you will do

• Coordinate media launches and announcements with clients and partners to ensure consistent messaging.
• Draft spokesperson materials including talking points, briefing documents, and messaging frameworks.
• Manage relationships with regional PR agencies to drive media opportunities and news coverage.
• Partner with event organizers to shape session agendas and position company leaders as industry experts.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop thought leadership content and social media materials.

Requirements

• Minimum five years of experience in communications, PR, or public affairs.
• Strong writing skills across press releases, briefing documents, and long-form articles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines across different markets and time zones.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
