What you will do

• Oversee comprehensive messaging strategy across public-facing and internal channels.
• Lead external media relations and manage relationships with journalists and PR agencies.
• Develop external communication assets, including press releases, media kits, and executive talking points.
• Manage corporate reputation and crisis communications to safeguard brand integrity.
• Execute internal communications to align staff with organizational goals and foster transparency.
• Drive communication strategy for CSR, sustainability, and social participation initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of progressive experience in Public Relations, Corporate Communications, or External Affairs, preferably in Fintech or Technology.
• Proven track record of securing high-impact media coverage with top-tier business and trade journalists globally.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing crisis communication plans.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to translate complex technical information into compelling narratives.
• Experience serving as a company spokesperson or preparing executives for high-stakes media appearances.
• Strong understanding of internal communications best practices and digital engagement channels.
