What you will do

• Maintain delivery tracking and task visibility across multiple teams to ensure clear ownership.
• Manage the product backlog and overall coordination layer.
• Facilitate smooth cross-functional handoffs between product, engineering, and QA teams.
• Oversee the onboarding process for new team members.
• Investigate and route incoming issues and escalations with necessary context.
• Identify process gaps and propose structural improvements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management, product ownership, or operations within a tech company.
• Location: Must be based within ± 4 hours of the CET time zone.
• Strong organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in writing.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and complex workstreams simultaneously.
