What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end rollout and scaling of GenAI tools such as Devin, Claude Code, and Cursor across engineering teams.
• Build and integrate AI solutions into enterprise SDLC workflows, including CI/CD pipelines and APIs.
• Define and execute enterprise-wide rollout strategies and phased onboarding models.
• Conduct developer training and enablement sessions on prompt engineering and workflow integration.
• Monitor tool adoption, usage metrics, and performance to drive continuous optimization.
• Establish reusable playbooks and ensure alignment with enterprise governance, security, and compliance frameworks.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack development experience with Java, Python, and React/Angular/TypeScript.
• Expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and API design.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms like OpenShift (OCP) or GCP.
• Deep practical experience with Devin, Claude/Anthropic models, and Cursor or Copilot.
• Strong understanding of RAG, Prompt Engineering, and multi-agent architectures.
• Must be based in Charlotte, NC
