What you will do

• Lead system access negotiations and define requirements for platform discovery and data quality assessment.
• Deploy AI tools (Pictor, AI OpsHub, Lynx) and configure routing logic and discovery scopes.
• Design AI Agent knowledge base architectures, including RAG corpus and CAG caching targets.
• Maintain the Data Source Inventory and Integration Requirements Register.
• Create configuration blueprints for persona settings, integration endpoints, and data pipelines.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for platform queries and onboard AI/BI resources.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise systems integration, data engineering, or AI/ML platform deployment.
• Deep expertise in SAP integration (ECC BAPI and/or S/4HANA OData APIs).
• Hands-on experience deploying AI-assisted operations platforms in production environments.
• Strong understanding of RAG architecture and AI Agent training requirements.
• Proficiency in REST API and OAuth2 integration patterns.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Experience with ITSM or RMA systems like Salesforce Service Cloud or ServiceNow.
• Familiarity with Salesforce REST/Bulk API.
• Knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) server configuration.
• Experience with IoT data stream integration.
• Background in GPU or data center hardware lifecycle operations.
