• Define and communicate the functional, technical, and data architecture for the digital and agentic assistant domain.
• Ensure the assistant ecosystem remains scalable, robust, and future-proof while enabling new agentic capabilities.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineering squads to align solutions with group strategy and security standards.
• Coach and mentor solution architects and engineers on modern development practices and new AI technologies.
• Monitor AI trends, LLM evolutions, and agentic workflows to identify innovation opportunities.
• Create proof-of-concepts to validate new technologies and patterns before standardization.

Требования

• Strong IT architecture background with hands-on development experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud-native design, APIs, integration, and scalable platforms.
• Experience with agentic AI technologies such as LangGraph, Azure AI, and orchestration engines.
• Ability to work in complex enterprise environments with multi-squad or multi-vendor delivery models.
• Fluent in English (French and/or Dutch are considered a plus).
• Proactive, structured, and collaborative mindset with excellent influencing skills.
