What you will do
- Design engaging, customer-centric digital experiences aligned with strategic business objectives.
- Map customer journeys across all touchpoints to identify pain points and optimize interfaces.
- Build and manage the IT roadmap, connecting strategy and investments to tangible business outcomes.
- Lead innovation initiatives, including organizing and participating in POCs for AI and digital technologies.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure cross-domain integration and secure system architecture.
- Manage the transformation of the application portfolio, including decision-making on upgrades and retirement of legacy systems.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital architecture or related technical roles.
- Strong expertise in Adobe AEM, eCommerce platforms, and PIM systems.
- Hands-on experience with API-driven or MACH architecture.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Proven ability to manage change and facilitate collaboration across business and ICT teams.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
Nice to have
- Experience with SAP ERP integration (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Knowledge of Agentic AI implementations and Marketing Automation.
- Background in Hyperscaler environments (Azure) or Low-Code (Outsystems).
- Experience with online payments and customer feedback management tools like Qualtrics.
