What you will do

• Design engaging, customer-centric digital experiences aligned with strategic business objectives.
• Map customer journeys across all touchpoints to identify pain points and optimize interfaces.
• Build and manage the IT roadmap, connecting strategy and investments to tangible business outcomes.
• Lead innovation initiatives, including organizing and participating in POCs for AI and digital technologies.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure cross-domain integration and secure system architecture.
• Manage the transformation of the application portfolio, including decision-making on upgrades and retirement of legacy systems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience in digital architecture or related technical roles.
• Strong expertise in Adobe AEM, eCommerce platforms, and PIM systems.
• Hands-on experience with API-driven or MACH architecture.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Proven ability to manage change and facilitate collaboration across business and ICT teams.
• Solid understanding of project management methodologies like Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP ERP integration (ECC or S/4HANA).
• Knowledge of Agentic AI implementations and Marketing Automation.
• Background in Hyperscaler environments (Azure) or Low-Code (Outsystems).
• Experience with online payments and customer feedback management tools like Qualtrics.
