• Hire and manage a high-performing team of technical pre-sales Solutions Architects.

• Translate customer feedback and technical requirements into product evolution and field readiness.
• Build trust-based relationships with key stakeholders in large enterprises.
• Promote modern data architectures, operational workloads, and AI-native applications in the market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of 7+ or 20+ individuals.
• Proven success in enterprise software pre-sales at a reputable company.
• Deep expertise in transactional (OLTP) database technologies, data warehousing, or cloud infrastructure.
• Track record of driving large consumption and high-growth customer success.
• Ability to influence and empower teams to achieve objectives through a collaborative approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
