What you will do

• Lead a fast-growing organization of approximately 20 people across 2-3 teams.
• Define the technical roadmap and vision for AI training, serving, and storage infrastructure.
• Manage other managers and recruit new leadership and ICs for the department.
• Collaborate with Applied AI and product engineering teams to build systems from the ground up.
• Establish an engineering culture centered on high standards and a customer-focused approach.
• Oversee the complete AI development lifecycle, including deployment and monitoring.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading 0-to-1 ML/AI Platforms.
• Strong technical expertise in Open Source Tooling, specifically Ray or AnyScale.
• Experience as a people leader managing other managers and high-performing software teams.
• Track record of delivering high-quality software on schedule within ambiguous projects.
• Must be based in Paris, France (Hybrid).
