What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 6–10 Domain Engineering Specialists through technical coaching and career development.
- Define and execute the team’s technical enablement roadmap, focusing on AI/ML, cloud-native architectures, and cyber resilience.
- Oversee complex, large-scale customer onboardings, including multi-cloud transformations and enterprise-wide resilience deployments.
- Build and scale a content hub featuring technical playbooks, reference architectures, and self-service assessment tools.
- Develop high-impact customer engagement programs such as executive briefings, workshops, and community forums.
- Serve as an executive-level escalation point for complex technical and strategic customer situations.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, or related enterprise SaaS/cloud roles.
- 4+ years of people management experience in high-performing technical teams.
- Deep expertise in data protection, cyber resilience, ransomware recovery, and cloud-native patterns (Kubernetes, IaC).
- Strong working knowledge of AI/ML operationalization and data infrastructure.
- Ability to engage credibly with C-suite stakeholders (CISO/CIO/CTO) on security frameworks like Zero Trust and NIST CSF.
- Must be based in the UK with strong executive communication skills.
