Salary: $275,000 - $370,000 USD

What you will do

• Design and execute systematic research studies on employee experience and organizational health.
• Apply experimental and quasi-experimental methods to test hypotheses regarding workforce outcomes.
• Develop and validate survey instruments using psychometric methods.
• Conduct research on manager behaviors and their impact on team performance.
• Build data visualizations and dashboards to communicate research findings to senior leadership.
• Develop self-service analytics capabilities for the broader People organization.

Requirements

• Advanced degree (Master’s or PhD) in I/O Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics, Data Science, Economics, or related field.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python or R for statistical analysis.
• Experience with experimental design, longitudinal research, and causal inference.
• Strong background in survey design and psychometric validation.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate complex research findings clearly.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (visa sponsorship available).

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics.
• Experience with Qualtrics, Workday, and BigQuery.
• Familiarity with network analysis or NLP.
• Background in high-growth technology or AI/ML organizations.
