What you will do

• Translate high-level business requirements into concrete technical integration solutions and documentation.
• Build and maintain event-driven data flows and webhook connections between ATS, HRIS, and project tracking tools.
• Design field mapping and data transformations between systems with differing schemas.
• Implement high-standard PII security, including least-privilege API scopes and secrets management.
• Audit integrations and implement monitoring to ensure data reliability and early failure detection.

Requirements

• Solid experience building system integrations using REST APIs and webhooks.
• Strong proficiency in Python for scripting, automation, and integration logic.
• Experience with secure data handling, including OAuth2, API-key authentication, and webhook signature verification.
• Ability to own design decisions and document technical trade-offs independently.
• Proficiency with Jira as part of a technical workflow.
• Must be based in the European Union.

Nice to have

• Developer experience integrating with HRIS or ATS platforms like HiBob, Greenhouse, or Workday.
• Familiarity with CosmosDB or other NoSQL data stores.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code on Azure.
