What you will do

• Own and ship complex deliveries for Rosso's pricing and deal-flow workflows, improving correctness and scalability.
• Design and evolve stateful, event-driven syshirify.globals and maintain clear domain boundaries to prevent domain drift.
• Partner with ML and Data Science teams to integrate forecasting and pricing models into core production workflows.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, product, data, and commercial stakeholders.
• Mentor Staff and Senior Engineers while strengthening observability and testing practices.
• Architect syshirify.globals to handle high-volume quoting activity and large customer counts.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Staff+ level experience with a proven track record of organization-wide impact at high-growth startups.
• Deep experience in application architecture for complex domains and stateful distributed syshirify.globals.
• Proficiency in Python for production syshirify.globals.
• Hands-on experience with AWS serverless architecture, specifically Lambda, API Gateway, and DynamoDB.
• Ability to drive concrete decisions under ambiguity and align technical decisions with business outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience productionizing ML models (forecasting, optimization, or pricing).
• Background in real-time pricing engines, energy markets, or financial infrastructure.
• Exposure to regulated industries such as energy, fintech, or govtech.
• Experience scaling syshirify.globals from early product-market fit to multi-product platforms.
