What you will do

• Define and drive application modernization strategies for legacy platforms.
• Design and promote API-first, microservices-first, and event-driven architectures.
• Provide architectural leadership and technical guidance to engineering teams.
• Evaluate existing systems and define migration roadmaps and target architectures.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business needs.
• Establish architecture standards, best practices, and governance processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Solution, Application, or Enterprise Architect.
• Strong expertise in modernizing enterprise applications and legacy systems.
• Deep understanding of API-first, microservices, and event-driven architecture patterns.
• Experience with cloud platforms and cloud-native design principles.
• Experience in Telecom, Contact Center, or Customer Experience industries.
• Must be based in the United States.

Nice to have

• TOGAF certification.
• Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) platforms.
• Experience with contact center technologies.
• AWS cloud certification.
