What you will do

• Design and implement scalable, efficient system architectures aligned with business requirements.
• Oversee integration of system components to ensure seamless data flow and communication.
• Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks to enhance system reliability.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams to foster innovation.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development, security, and compliance.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimization strategies.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency for daily international collaboration.
• Must be available to work at the Campinas office 3x/week.
• Proven experience in systems architecture, ideally within the financial sector.
• Hands-on proficiency with Java and SpringBoot.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure, specifically AWS.
• Strong background in microservices, APIs, and legacy modernization.
