TL;DR
Servicing and Collections Specialist (Solar): Overseeing third-party vendor relationships and supporting day-to-day servicing and collections operations for solar energy portfolios with an accent on vendor performance monitoring, SLA compliance, and risk management. Focus on driving down delinquencies, solving operational escalations, and utilizing data analytics to improve cost efficiency.
Location: Must be based in and work from Sioux Falls, SD for a minimum of six (6) months following their start date. Hybrid or remote options available.

What you will do
- Manage vendor relationships by monitoring performance against SLAs and tracking deliverables.
- Facilitate communication and project coordination between internal departments and external vendors.
- Track and monitor collections performance for reporting to leadership and investors.
- Drive collections results by developing and supporting policies and practices.
- Investigate operational issues and perform root-cause analysis to implement corrective action plans.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis and operational reporting using Excel, SQL, and BI tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred (Accounting, Finance, or other applicable field).
- 4+ years of collections experience, preferably in B2C markets.
- 2-3 years of analytical and operational experience, including root-cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of vendor lifecycle management, SLAs, and KPIs.
- Proficiency with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas) and data tools like SQL, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Must be based in and work from Sioux Falls, SD for at least 6 months post-start.
