What you will do

• Research and define new features in collaboration with the CTO and Product Owner.
• Gather and clarify requirements from cross-functional teams including product, operations, CRM, and finance.
• Document business flows, user journeys, rules, and expected behaviors.
• Translate business needs into clear feature specifications and acceptance criteria.
• Identify edge cases, dependencies, and risks before development begins.
• Maintain reliable product documentation as a single source of truth for all stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar requirements-focused role.
• Strong ability to translate business needs into clear, structured documentation.
• Experience documenting business flows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• English: Clear written proficiency required.
• Practical mindset with a focus on maintaining useful, non-bureaucratic documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience in gaming, fintech, payments, or SaaS industries.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Miro, or Figma.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, or technical constraints at a functional level.
• Experience supporting QA with test scenarios and validation rules.
• Ability to create diagrams, flowcharts, and process maps.
