TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead the design and development of high-performance, real-time, data-intensive trading applications.
- Drive innovative data solutions to solve complex problems at scale.
- Utilize AI coding tools to accelerate delivery and maintain high code quality.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, frontend, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster technical growth within the team.
- Uphold best practices in performance optimization and data management.
Requirements
- Must have current right to work in Singapore (if applying for Singapore location).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related STEM field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in the big data domain.
- Expertise in semi-structured data, data processing pipelines, data modeling, and OLAP solutions.
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to navigate uncertainty and maintain high attention to detail.
Nice to have
- Deep understanding of modern event-driven architecture.
- Experience with search and recommendation systems.
- Familiarity with data technologies like PolarDB, TiDB, Starrocks, or Clickhouse.
- Experience working with multi-region and multi-cultural teams.
