What you will do

• Design and operate scalable, fault-tolerant, low-latency trading infrastructure and microservices.
• Maintain connectivity to centralized and DeFi venues using FIX, WebSocket, and REST protocols.
• Develop core services including strategy engines, automated pricing bots, and risk analytics systems.
• Optimize high-throughput order execution with sub-millisecond latency targets.
• Implement real-time risk controls, circuit breakers, and automated alerting for 24/7 stability.
• Collaborate with liquidity managers and desk developers to roll solutions into production.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a technical discipline (STEM).
• 3–8 years of experience in software or data engineering, ideally in trading or latency-sensitive systems.
• Strong proficiency in Java (17+), Rust, C++, or Python.
• Deep understanding of high-performance distributed systems and multi-threaded programming.
• Fluency in English is required; Chinese/Mandarin is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with Linux/Unix, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

Nice to have

• Experience with execution algorithms (TWAP, VWAP, smart order routing) and backtesting frameworks.
• Knowledge of low-latency tooling like Aeron, Chronicle Queue, or Disruptor.
• Understanding of DeFi, blockchain, smart contracts, and crypto exchange APIs.
• Fluency in agentic programming and AI coding tools.
• Professional certifications such as CFA or FRM.
