What you will do

• Design and implement innovative solutions for spot, futures, perpetual swaps, and options trading products.
• Build out core infrastructure and architectural components of the industry-leading trading platform.
• Drive performance optimization for ultra-low latency, high availability, and scalability.
• Identify and eliminate critical performance bottlenecks using advanced C++ solutions.
• Serve as a technical authority, providing guidance, conducting rigorous code reviews, and mentoring senior and mid-level engineers.
• Design resilient, fault-tolerant systems and implement best practices for monitoring, alerting, and incident response.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related STEM field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Proven track record in designing and operating high-performance, ultra-low latency distributed systems in C++ within financial services or trading.
• Expert-level C/C++ programming skills, including debugging and performance analysis.
• Deep understanding of Linux networking and I/O performance optimization techniques.
• Experience with automated testing and continuous integration (CI) practices.
