What you will do

• Design and maintain high-performance, low-latency systems for the core matching engine.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system issues, including low-level debugging at the assembly language level.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new features and improve existing infrastructure.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting rigorous performance testing.
• Implement AI-driven solutions to enhance system efficiency, troubleshooting, and automation.

Requirements

• Must have current right to work in Singapore without visa sponsorship.
• Expertise in Java or C++ with deep knowledge of concurrency and system-level programming.
• Proven experience in developing and optimizing high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Strong background in data structures, algorithms, and network protocols.
• Proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferred for global collaboration.
• Solid STEM education background.

Nice to have

• Experience in large-scale internet companies or high-frequency trading platforms.
• Familiarity with message-oriented middleware and asynchronous programming.
