TL;DR

What you will do

  • Generate qualified upsell and cross-sell pipeline through structured outreach (cold calling, email, and LinkedIn) within existing accounts.
  • Identify expansion signals by mapping organizational white space using internal data and client insights.
  • Qualify opportunities by identifying decision-makers and influencers, then book meetings with the right Account Manager or CSM.
  • Collaborate with Business Development, Account Management, and Customer Success to align on account health, priorities, and timing.
  • Build product and market expertise to articulate value across retail and hospitality use cases.
  • Maintain sales discipline by owning activity metrics, pipeline targets, and weekly sales rhythm.

Requirements

  • 6+ months of experience in outbound sales development, account development, or a client-facing commercial role (B2B SaaS experience is an advantage).
  • Comfort with proactive outreach, including cold calling, in an account-based context.
  • Strong communication skills across phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Fluent English (spoken and written).
  • Based in or near Copenhagen.
