What you will do

• Provide technical support and ownership of centralized broadcast and media applications to ensure reliable operation.
• Act as a second-line escalation point to diagnose and resolve technical issues across shared audio platforms.
• Investigate recurring problems to identify root causes and drive continuous system improvement.
• Collaborate with product managers and external suppliers on system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Support the transition of new systems from project delivery into live operations.
• Maintain clear technical documentation and manage a backlog of system fixes and improvements.

Requirements

• Experience providing technical support across multiple applications or platforms.
• Professional background in broadcast, media, or digital broadcasting environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working within distributed or international teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Must be based in London for hybrid working

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms, specifically AWS.
• Background in broadcast engineering.
• Experience supporting media asset platforms.
