What you will do
- Translate business automation ideas into technically feasible AI solution concepts.
- Lead structured discovery workshops to uncover business processes and operational constraints.
- Design and build multi-agent architectures using modern agent frameworks.
- Define orchestration patterns, tool usage strategies, and governance mechanisms.
- Implement production-grade guardrails, monitoring, and observability for agent-based systems.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure high-quality implementation of solution architectures.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Software or Solution Architecture roles.
- 2+ years of experience designing GenAI or LLM-powered solutions.
- Strong understanding of RAG architectures, embedding models, and vector databases.
- Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering, and structured outputs.
- Proficiency with at least one cloud AI platform such as AWS Bedrock, Azure AI Foundry, or Google Vertex AI.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with agent frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Familiarity with Model Context Protocol (MCP).
- Background in Data Science or Machine Learning.
