AI Solution Architect (AI): Designing and deploying end-to-end AI systems for customer experience orchestration with an accent on LLM integration, RAG architectures, and real-time data processing. Focus on bridging technical AI capabilities with business value to influence executive stakeholders and scale field enablement across the EMEA region.

Location: Must be based in or able to work from Dubai (Flexible hybrid setup).

What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI systems for customer experience, including LLMs, orchestration layers, and fallback strategies.
• Optimize RAG and knowledge architectures to ensure accuracy, relevance, and performance of AI responses.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks and quality metrics to measure business impact and customer satisfaction.
• Partner with sales teams to lead technical discovery, solution design, and high-impact product demonstrations.
• Develop reusable technical assets and provide enablement coaching to the broader Solution Consulting organization.
• Provide strategic feedback to Product Management and Engineering based on real-world customer implementation insights.

Requirements

• Fluency in English and Arabic is required.
• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using LLMs, NLU/NLP, and retrieval-based systems.
• Expertise in enterprise integration, RESTful APIs, and real-time design for voice and digital channels.
• Proven ability to translate complex AI architectures into clear business value for CIO/CTO-level stakeholders.
• Strong technical demonstration prowess and sales acumen in a presales or architect capacity.
• Foundational programming skills, with a preference for Python.
