AI Solution Architect

Location: Athens, Attica, Greece; hybrid workplace.

What you will do

• Design and architect comprehensive AI-driven solutions for cloud and on-premises environments, aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Design and implement scalable, secure cloud AI solutions and lead the integration of AI and data platforms.
• Define architectures for LLM-based agents, Agentic AI, foundation models, RAG, deep learning, NLP, computer vision, and machine learning solutions.
• Advise on deploying AI and data pipelines across cloud environments and on-premises infrastructure.
• Collaborate with business, development, data, and other stakeholders to clarify and satisfy technical requirements.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship, maintain architecture documentation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in solution architecture with a strong focus on AI and cloud technologies.
• Experience implementing AI projects in cloud environments, including data modeling, machine learning, and AI algorithm development.
• Familiarity with cloud adoption and architectural frameworks across multiple providers, managed big data, AI, ML, and orchestration services, including managed ML platforms, container orchestration, and event hubs or queues.
• Strong knowledge of cloud architecture patterns, integration points, workflow tools, automation tools, data governance, data security, and cloud compliance.
• Experience with architecture design tools and modeling notations, Infrastructure as Code and related tools such as Terraform, Ansible, ARM, or CloudFormation, as well as GitOps principles.
• In-depth understanding of secure application design and established guidelines such as OWASP.
• Full lifecycle experience with complex, large-scale, multi-user applications and experience with Agile methodologies including Kanban, Scrum, and other lean techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to explain complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and willingness to work in international and multicultural teams.
• Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
• At least one required certification: Cloud Solutions Architect Expert from Microsoft, AWS, or GCP, or an equivalent advanced cloud architecture certification.

• DevOps Engineer Expert certification.
