What you will do

• Design and implement production AI systems integrating LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic frameworks.
• Build and maintain production-grade AI applications with clean code, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Create evaluation frameworks to monitor system performance, accuracy, and reliability.
• Implement retrieval systems including vector/graph databases and ingestion pipelines.
• Optimize systems for latency, cost, and quality across different model providers.
• Implement feedback loops and observability to continuously improve system performance.

Requirements

• Must be based in New York, USA
• Hands-on experience building applications with LLM APIs.
• Practical implementation of RAG architectures, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
• Strong Python proficiency with production API/service development experience.
• Understanding of distributed systems, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Experience building multi-step LLM workflows and agentic systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with fine-tuning LLMs for domain-specific applications.
• Familiarity with model observability tools like LangSmith or Weights & Biases.
• Experience with real-time streaming or multimodal models.
