What you will do
- Train customer care agents and showroom staff on product knowledge and sales techniques through in-person and remote sessions.
- Build and maintain e-learning modules and knowledge base content within the LMS.
- Travel to showrooms for new openings and product launches to gather feedback and provide on-site training.
- Use AI tools to produce training materials, including video generation and automated voiceovers.
- Analyze training needs and performance data to iterate and improve learning programs.
- Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to support team development.
Requirements
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, ideally in sales or customer care.
- Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training outcomes.
- Must be comfortable working from the Warsaw office 3 days a week and traveling to showrooms.
- Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools for content production.
Nice to have
- Professional proficiency in German (C1).
- Experience in e-commerce, retail, or the furniture industry.
- Direct sales background.
