Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland, with a requirement to work from the office 3 days a week and travel to showrooms as needed.

What you will do

  • Train customer care agents and showroom staff on product knowledge and sales techniques through in-person and remote sessions.
  • Build and maintain e-learning modules and knowledge base content within the LMS.
  • Travel to showrooms for new openings and product launches to gather feedback and provide on-site training.
  • Use AI tools to produce training materials, including video generation and automated voiceovers.
  • Analyze training needs and performance data to iterate and improve learning programs.
  • Conduct 1:1 and group coaching sessions to support team development.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs, ideally in sales or customer care.
  • Fluency in English (C1) and Polish (C1).
  • Hands-on experience with LMS platforms and e-learning content creation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to measure training outcomes.
  • Must be comfortable working from the Warsaw office 3 days a week and traveling to showrooms.
  • Curiosity and practical experience using AI tools for content production.

Nice to have

  • Professional proficiency in German (C1).
  • Experience in e-commerce, retail, or the furniture industry.
  • Direct sales background.
