What you will do

• Prepare practical workshop scenarios and training materials for Golang using Cursor and AI tools.
• Conduct live, interactive training sessions and workshops.
• Develop reusable materials, including code snippets, prompt libraries, and challenge tasks.
• Review and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve session design.
• Collaborate with the curriculum team to align asynchronous and live content.
• Lead Q&A sessions and communicate with students.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience with strong proficiency in Golang.
• Professional background in fintech (payments, banking, or card systems).
• Hands-on experience with Cursor and/or Claude Code in real development workflows.
• Strong knowledge of system design, testing strategies, and developer tooling.
• English: C1 level (excellent spoken English) required.
• Russian language proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience in live facilitation and handling real-time Q&A.
• Experience teaching or coaching senior developers or engineering teams.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools like Zoom, Miro, Slack, and VSCode Live Share.
