Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Germany, hybrid; individual contributors work at least 4 days per month on-site in the Berlin office. Remote work from anywhere in the EU is available for up to 10 consecutive days at a time and up to 60 days per year as a workation benefit.

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for partner-critical investing capabilities from problem framing through launch, adoption, and iteration.
• Define, prioritise, and deliver capabilities covering trading mechanics, tax, corporate actions, and joint dwpbank products.
• Work with operations, engineering, product, solutions engineering, risk, finance, compliance, and external partners.
• Scope requirements, negotiate delivery, and prioritise commitments with enterprise partners and prospects.
• Ensure partner-specific integrations remain scalable and valuable within the platform.
• Track market and regulatory developments and apply insights to product decisions.

Requirements

• At least 2–3 years of product experience independently shipping highly complex products.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problem spaces and move forward without fully defined specifications.
• Data- and evidence-driven prioritisation, with strong written communication for documentation, decisions, specifications, and partner communications.
• Daily use of AI tools and willingness to expand their capabilities.
• Professional fluency in English and German is required.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Germany with regular on-site collaboration in Berlin.

• Experience in regulated fintech, brokerage, or B2B environments.
