What you will do

• Lead high-impact product demonstrations for key Talent deals to directly support sales closure.
• Train and certify a sales team of over 500 people on product features and effective sales techniques.
• Act as a bridge between sales and product teams, translating market feedback into product improvements.
• Create and manage a detailed sales certification program for the organization.
• Conduct market research on competitor activities and customer needs to guide marketing and development plans.

Requirements

• Native Italian language proficiency.
• English proficiency.
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach.
• Experience with B2B SaaS products or within Talent/People teams is a strong plus.
