Supply Chain Planning & Purchasing Manager

Location: Onsite at İstanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport, Türkiye

What you will do

• Manage weekly planning, ordering, and replenishment cycles across the Turkish operations.
• Calculate replenishment needs, generate and approve purchase orders, and monitor inventory flows.
• Maintain accurate data for on-hand stock, in-transit inventory, open orders, and sales.
• Track forecast accuracy, Line Fill Rate, Lead Time, and other supply chain KPIs, taking corrective action where needed.
• Coordinate order quantities, timing, pricing, forecasts, and performance reviews with suppliers and internal teams.
• Manage liquidation plans, discontinued items, analytical reporting, and improvements to planning tools and logistics processes.

Requirements

• University degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in supply and demand planning, purchasing, or forecasting.
• Strong SAP knowledge is essential.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
