What you will do

• Manage and process student payments, ensuring accuracy across payment schedules, billing records, and partner systems.
• Support loan operations by reviewing eligibility requirements, coordinating documentation, and maintaining records through the approval process.
• Maintain and validate payment data, reconcile transactions, and monitor enrollments to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Process student documentation (enrollment agreements, academic records, and other operational documents) and handle documentation requests.
• Process payment operations workflows such as payment plan adjustments, program transfers, payment link generation, and issue resolution.
• Calculate, process, and communicate refunds; monitor recurring payment plans and proactively address payment issues.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in an operational role in an IT, SaaS, EdTech, or other technology-driven environment.
• Advanced English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas (e.g., XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH), data validation, reporting, and working with large datasets.
• Experience with operational systems such as billing platforms, CRM tools, help desk systems, or data management tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate issues, identify root causes, and make data-driven decisions.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when working with financial, operational, and student-related data.
