Salary: Up to 24.75 EUR per hour.

What you will do

• Set up and support roaming integrations with external CPOs and EMPs using OCPI.
• Maintain clean partner data, including pricing, contracts, and invoicing information.
• Resolve support questions and integration blockers for internal and external stakeholders.
• Validate Charge Detail Records (CDRs) to ensure accurate invoicing and session data.
• Drive operational improvements by managing Jira tickets and suggesting process optimizations.
• Utilize AI tools to analyze logs, draft communications, and automate repetitive data tasks.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in Business, Product Management, Computer Science, AI, or a related field.
• Ability to work up to 20 hours per week with at least 2 days on-site in Berlin.
• Proficient English skills (spoken and written) for global communication.
• Analytical mindset with basic troubleshooting skills and a genuine interest in the EV industry.
• Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g., Claude, Notion AI, Gemini) in daily workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach.

• Previous exposure to EV charging, roaming, or API integrations.
